Can The Ultimate Push-Up Program Be Done At Home?

Absolutely! The Ultimate Push-Up Program is VERY home-workout friendly. Many of the exercises in The Ultimate Push-Up Program use bodyweight only. This includes many of the advanced exercises.


While some exercises use dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance band, TRX, or a pull-up bar, these exercises are VERY modifiable and can be adapted to meet the equipment you have at your disposal. In the program, for certain exercises I provide you with an alternative option (and include a full write-up and video). But if you need another option, I will gladly provide one. 


This program can also be done at the gym. 

How Long Will Each Phase Take? How Long Will Each Workout Take? 

A general guideline for each phase is 4-12 weeks. Some phases may be faster and some slower depending on your fitness level and technical ability. It is not a race, so take your time. Most exercises can be made more challenging by adding more resistance (or a band), by altering the tempo, or by performing the high end of the rep range. For the push-up regressions in Phase 1, if you can perform 100% of your reps with good form, you may move on to the next phase’s push-up variations.
